I have been designing and decorating cakes for over 9 years. Each cake is first sketched and then created based from that sketch. I gravitate towards a timeless and vintage style, and absolutely love to make handmade sugar flowers- which are such a fun keepsake, especially for brides as they will last indefinitely! I am a perfectionist and I strive for each cake to be the highest quality I can produce. Because of this I do book out quickly as I only allow for a limited number of custom orders per week.

In February 2017 I was able to compete in a cake competition that was guest judged by Buddy Valastro the Cake Boss. I took grand prize in my category, and as part of my winnings I was able to meet and get a picture with Buddy. What a nice guy and amazing opportunity I will never forget! 

I have been a guest on Fox 13 The Place several times and most recently was asked to be a guest with Brooke Walker on KSL Studio 5. 

In 2018 I was able to travel to Seattle to attend a Jasmine Rae workshop, Jasmine is one of the top wedding cake designers in the industry. I gleaned so much from her workshop and learned many techniques that only she can teach. 

Most recently I traveled to Cornwall England to take a private class from the incredible Emily Hankins who is known for her remarkable handpainted cakes. Because of this wonderful experience I hope to expand my portfolio and focus on creating more cakes using this unique and artistic style.
