Please note that all orders are fulfilled in the order they are received and are subject to product availability and our current production schedule. We make every effort to ship all orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as product freshness and quality are our highest priorities. Shipping timelines may vary based on demand and local postal service conditions.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, especially during periods of high holiday volume.

Orders placed after our Tuesday morning mail pickup will be shipped the following week to ensure that every item arrives as fresh and beautiful as intended.

All orders are carefully packed in a single insulated box with ice packs to help maintain cool temperatures during transit. We do everything possible to ensure your treats arrive just as perfect as when they left our kitchen.

Because our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee or replace items once they have been shipped. Please refrigerate or freeze your items as soon as they arrive to maintain optimal freshness.
