We do our absolute best to ship you your product in a timely, cold and secure manner. We do not accept returns due to the nature of our product. All sales are final. 

All orders are shipped every Tuesday. Orders placed after Tuesday's mail delivery cutoff will be shipped out the following week to ensure freshness and product quality.

All orders will be shipped in one box with ice packs to maintain cool temperatures. We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as perfect as the moment it leaves our hands.

Proper wrapping, packaging, labeling and specific day and carrier all are taken with serious note. But once it leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee or replace shipped perishable items. Refrigerate or freeze contents as soon as possible to preserve freshness!
