All orders are shipped every Tuesday & Wednesday. Orders placed after Tuesday's mail delivery cutoff will be shipped out the following week to ensure freshness and product quality.

All orders will be shipped in one box with ice packs to maintain cool temperatures. We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives as perfect as the moment it leaves our hands.

Proper wrapping, packaging, labeling and specific day and carrier all are taken with serious note. No returns or refunds.

We make every effort to ship all orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as product freshness and quality are our highest priorities. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, especially during periods of high holiday volume.

Orders placed after our Tuesday morning mail pickup will be shipped the following week to ensure that every item arrives as fresh and beautiful as intended.

All orders are carefully packed in a single insulated box with ice packs to help maintain cool temperatures during transit. We do everything possible to ensure your treats arrive just as perfect as when they left our kitchen.

Because our products are perishable, we cannot guarantee or replace items once they have been shipped. Please refrigerate or freeze your items as soon as they arrive to maintain optimal freshness.
